Should i show condolences or should i laugh ?

 

I understand everyone who says no support because I was a jerk. I even admit it. I am trying to be more active on the forums and all. Also I was so rude. I am sorry to all. I hope you forgive me :(

 

You are not, lets say things how are; You are a 10 years old child (which is not bad), you probably don't know how does the world/forums/Server works, and its okay (I know people that is 20 years old and still don't know). Your application was poor, but you can improve it through time.
I still don't know why people think just because you are new you have a lack of knowledge over managing, or moderating a server.
I seriously doubt you would be a bad staff member, i doubt anyone here would be like ''bad''; but as in real life, people are most likely to choose the ones who seem better for the job. Don't take that in a bad way, i don't say you are bad, but there's people more advanced in this topic.

You should start with something morel little, i would say a server with less members. But why? Well, the reason is hidden, but if you discovery it im sure you will able to manage big servers.
You learn the passion of managing a server in a little community; the passion of making it bigger, making it better, best for everyone. You met all the members, you know what they like, what they need, what is best for them; they also know you, so if you make a mistake they will be able to correct you. I don't say you can't learn that in a big server, but is more difficult, you can't know the opinion of 1000 players (even if they are static, which mean they are always the same 1000).
First you need to become a leader, not a boss.
But im sure you can make it. You can make exactly everything, no matter how imposible it seems.
