      It is just the top 5. The top 5 on the site are the top 5 voters.

      But, say the max vote count is 31. What if more then 5 people voted 31 times?

      Exactly what I was saying. Whatever the top 5 on the site are, no matter if the top 10 or whatever tied, the top 5 showed on the site, win.

      It's not done through the top 5 on the voting website, as I myself won top voter and was I believe 7th on the list? Correct me if I'm wrong. If you are one of the 10 fastest people at voting, you have the chance of gaining top voter.
