WHOLE SERVER CHANGE

I don't want this to sound like some kind of annoying rant. But I am going to try my hardest to prevent boredom of you.


First of all, I want to tell you how to make this server a lot more popular. Say double or triple our average 1k players.


This is quite simple.
-First, we could emphasize how much the server cares about minigames and similar game modes. We can do this by putting lots of lobby advertising. You know those timed sentence which say like "Oh You haven't voted today, go to blaa blaa.blaa blaa.com and vote!" Lets take advantage of such. We should give a little sentence or two about mini games. Introducing the servers. Cause you have to admit the mini games now, you could play the server for years without knowing they were even there. In game advertising can be very helpful.


- Not to be offensive to mineverse or anything, but we are slacking with mini games. I just want you to think about the most popular servers on minecraft. (Multiplayer). Haven't you noticed that they are all based off of mini games? Only mini games I see. No factions or prison, etc. I have a feeling these servers are so popular cause they are based off of mini games. Mineverse can do better. We should have mini game focused, but keep the factions and prison we already have. A hybrid server. Players will LOVE IT <3.


- Next, I think we have to take a step further with all the servers. ESPECIALLY THE LOBBY. To be honest, the lobby looks pretty crappy. Its a dragon, and we are on a piece of obsidian. You guys didn't even build the pattern correctly. Evidentely, not much time has been spent on building it. Building a more kid friendly, bright skied, and a variety of colors will be a splendid addition to this server. If I were a new player. And I just saw this server on a minecraft server list, and I happened to be looking for some cool servers. I joined mineverse.


I don't think they player would bother to even try out the servers. The lobby gives them an excuse to state that the server probably sucks. WHICH IT DOSENT. We shouldn't lose popularity because of esthetics, but it does show a lot about the server. Enough to double the popularity.


- I'm sure we could benefit from all these ideas, but I have the emphasize the needed advance in MINI GAMES. Mini games are good for people cause they don't like spending a lot of time getting stuff on a prison server. then getting banned or raided. same with all other long term pvp gamemodes etc. Mini games are fun, they are short. They encourage the players to donate because there will be so many new additions waiting for them. We don't have this, why not implement it now. Earn more server money. Keep on advancing. I'll consider making another post once we reach to the next level server ~Viper and the Crew

About the new lobby, go to lobby3 and do /warp newspawn.

 

Some people may not agree with me but in my opinion I'd love a change in mineverse, a whole reset would be nice but I doubt that will happen. I hope Cyp considers this because I agree with all of it.

This is my opinion so I'm sorry if it offends anyone but:

-I like the server we have now. Mineverse is special because it's an around 2k populated server. A small community which I like. This way, we can chat with people and actually have conversations rather then like the big servers for example, Mineplex where you join a game, it ends, and everyone gets separated into different lobbies.
-If Mineverse gets any bigger, yes it may be more fun but here it's like a second family to me. ( I don't know if that made sense)
-But the dragon at lobby is amazing enough in my opinion.

I fixed it for you it looked terrible before I put minimal effort into this so sorry for any mistakes.​

 

I don't like this idea at all. Some people hit there goals on servers not so a player can just make a rest thread? No way. Mineverse is fine M8

tbh I like that mineverse is more focused on more traditional gamemodes. There are plenty of minigame based servers so it's what makes mineverse different.

 

I like Mineverse very much. With each of different games to go to, there's more varieties to choose from. I enjoy staying in Mineverse

Before I even start, I love this place. I mean, I've left for a bit but ended up coming back "home." That being said, Mineverse definitely needs an overhaul of some sort. A lot of things are glitched or broken, and have been for some time now. It seems as if this suggestion area is just a place for people to get their ideas out in black and white. No one really knows if they are even read, much less put into place. I think this server would have a much higher morale if the general masses had a say in how things went around here. Some people have mentioned a reset; I don't want that to happen, but if it would mean everything would be fixed, I would support that. Others have what are seemingly great ideas, they just need some one to implement them. I think that the game modes that are already here need to be fixed up in tip top shape before any new things are added in. Myself personally, I enjoy the traditional game modes. I like having goals that either the server, or myself set for me. I could take or leave the mini games. Like another person said, they are very impersonal and you don't have a chance to get to know people. The people are what make the community, and I like getting to know everyone. I've said it in the past and Ill say it again, I don't just spew ideas and suggestions out, I am willing to put in the work to implement my ideas and suggestions if given the chance.

 

Some months ago, Crew and cyp paid for huge advertisement and then over 2k players joined.

 

I remember when this happened. It has been awhile but MV was hopping then

 

mineverse should focus more on PVP gamemodes. example: ArenaPvP, Survival Games, etc.

there is already a survival games server but, nobody plays it, lol.

 

Support. But please make it easier to read. I took like 5mins just to locate were i was up to.
