Most levels doesn't mean best player. It really just means that you're either an extremely old player who voted a lot or an very lucky person who got all the extra lvls from voting. I do think xros is ranked very high up on the fake ladder for best players on infection but not the best.

[Fake ladder meaning the ladder people think of when they talk about the best players because well there will probably never be a ladder of the best players]

 

It really depends.
If your talking about who has the highest levels then maybe your first.
If best player it may not be you.

 

Well before all the old players left I was the best I don't know anymore I come on rarely now.

High prestige with no donor rank. Got high rofls with no donor rank.

He does not need to pay to win. Which I believe makes him one of, if not the best.

 

I was p10 with him when I was not god and got high rofls......

Just because someone has a high level and is the top prestige doesn't mean they're good, it just means that they've dedicated time into playing the game. A level 20 with no prestige could be better than a prestige 9 or 10. Depends on the player.

There are a lot of great Infection players, in my opinion.

It would be extremely difficult, almost near impossible to tell who the 'best' is/was.

Are you serious this makes no sense.
If someone is prestige 10 that means they have put a lot of time and effort into the game they must have a decent understanding of it and be good. If they weren't they would not be prestige 10. It doesn't matter if a level 20 player is better than them because infections mechanics are all about pvp.
