It makes it easier for the community to be able to tell whether or not you're fit for the job. People also look to see if you put a lot of time into making the appication, proving that you actually care and actually will work hard. Your application looks like it took you about 10 minutes. No support -You need at least member or active member. Don't just join and apply get to know people around the forums and then try again the application looks pretty good for what i would say it takes.

I am 13 and I believe that you could do a better job. If you type "u" or "i" it doesn't make you appear very smart.
