Purchased Titan, but didn't receive after 1 week

Hi, I bought Titan for my birthday. I was SOO excited and could hardly believe it. I was excited to have all the cool perks and was even interested in becoming a mod. I waited days and days, but it didn't arrive. I kept thinking it would, but it never came to me, IGN fweft. Please tell me what went wrong. My dad purchased and I saw him do it until the end.

Without any proof no one can give you the rank.Like you have to screenshot the bill or something that proofs you bought the rank.

I'm not lying. I can give you guys proof. My account was being used by MY BROTHER, ACTING LIKE AN IDIOT. Also, I changed the password to my computer.
