So yea, in order to stop people from glitching through the iron bars, change all iron bars to glass. This will stop them from glitching through it.

 

Or you could just report them for abusing a glitch to get to unauthorized places.

If you've seen craftcadias maps, it's pretty cool.

 

They use Phase to get through the bars, its not a glitch. Gamemode changes won't prevent it.
