Thanks! So I decided to change some things up and I putted in a MSI version of the 970, 4790k, and a z97 mobo but that's pretty much it what I changed. Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 (MSI Version) Intel Core i7 4790k z97 Motherboard 16gigs of DDR3 RAM

No obviously I was wrong, it wasn't 400 bucks. I looked it up it was $1.00 dang... that's like 4 quarters :O
... The specs are enough. It's quite clear it can run mostly any game/program at a decent and or higher rate.
