The fix on iOS 9.0.1 was not for this glitch. Safari has a bug with the update, I use Opera mini and the issue doesn't occur.

Change the theme to Default, yes it's ugly and all, but it works

 

I use internet explorer. Besides the point, just keep restarting Safari and you'll probably get it fixed.

 

Oh also, sometimes in threads the letters are going from top to bottom instead of left to right

I use my phone all the time and this never happens to me.

 

Its only on ios that it does it on. My android devices load it fine but my ipod doesnt nor do any of my other apple devices. Its an apple issue with how it displays web pages. If your on safari try the google chrome app or fire fox.
