If the main problem with /whisper is that it bypasses /ignore, why not just do a suggestion asking to allow /ignore to even ignore /whisper? You guys are asking to get rid of private messaging because of /ignore, instead of trying to get the /ignore command reworked.

It is not a plugin it's part of Minecraft, mebe our devs can think up something to block users from using it.

Well, the main idea of /whisper is to add private chat onto every server without having to install any plugins.

 

Remove /minecraft:tell @A.
