Some one downgraded me to Premium

Hi my Ign is MinkyChinky and i was casually waiting in spawn when all of a sudden TimayPvp said in Chat "MinkyChinky can i Buy kit premium"
then i responded by saying

[Premium] MinkyChinky "im a god"

Som1 had bought me premium when I'm obviously a god

heres is proof

 

Do have any other proof that shows your rank, not just the colour of your name?

Make sure to include your exact IGN along with this proof of your rank.
It could take some time so if you don't hear a response in 5 days, reply to the email. This will bump it to the top of the list and not spam him with multiple emails.
Keep bumping every few days with a reply.
Be polite and patient.

As proof of your rank, try looking through your email that you use for your credit card/paypal account for a transaction ID. If someone else upgraded you, try asking them for the transaction ID. Also include that in the email you send as Pile said. Good luck in getting your rank back ^-^
