Trial-Mod Suggestion.

Hello community.

I'm makin this thread on based to a "Trial-Mod" where someone can apply to be a Trial-Mod then Cypriot can look at his/her work over the time of being Trial-Mod then apply for mod, this could be a way to see how they handle Reports, Ban appeals.

Any Off-Topic posts will be reported.

 

I like the trial mod idea.

 

I still think you should start as a 2 server moderator, (kind of be a trial), then be able to apply for global.

It's a useless rank that causes more work than it fixes.

And it works very good, but maybe need Trial-Mods another color.

Neutral, I'd prefer moderators starting off at 2 servers to moderate, then moving on to global.

Countless threads have been made about trial mods.
Our version of trial mods is having them start on one server, and advance to global. So no.

 

No Support, what Zambiana said, it's going to be more work than what it will fix.
