Hey Guys! I don't now if this is on purpose but all Moderators are global. I don't want to argue with anyone but i think this needs to be fixed.....

There is just so many Game modes and i know by fact that the mods can't go one every single gummed every day.

The fact that all mods are global now.

 

Well Cypriot has a purpose, but yea it would help for a little training first.

 

All mods are now Global? Servers ruined >:c they don't spend time on servers like "OpFactions" "Factions" because why do mods care about factions? They only care if they're good at it.

 

I get where you are coming from but there are server far bigger than mineverse where all mods are required to moderate everything. Now with that being said having all staff as global is not the issue; we are understaffed.
We do not have nearly enough mods in each timezone to staff every single game mode. What having global does is finally allow us to be flexible.
Now what I am doing is learning new game-modes and easing into them one at a time so i know what im doing. Staff will be trained for each game-mode.
The solution is already in play, let it sort itself out and dont be so hasty to reject this.

 

Mods care about servers they enjoy playing as well as other servers too. Factions is not one of my favourites thats for sure but eventually I will go on and moderate it.

 

Cyp don't care about Op Factions lol, if he did, why isn't it fixed yet? Why hasn't it reset yet? Why hasn't a new spawn and shop been built yet? Cause they don't care.

 

As far as im aware more effort has been going into correcting staff so we can have new and more effective staff systems in place. But this is temporary. All the changes that need to be made on factions/op factions you could give to a head mod to bring up with an admin. Its not that they dont care, there is so much that needs to be done, it is not priority i feel.

 

Luckily we were all basically trained when everyone was promoted to Global.
2 month trial mod does seem good though, in my opinion.

You may love it but where are you? I pretty much report every player on it now.

 

They Could Add More Mods?? Or they could make it so like trained and old mods who have been a mod for a while could be global like before but more?

Don't worry new staff will be fully trained and they know the expectations.
