If cyp trusted them they would have permission to see ips.

 

It was discontinued before they were promoted. Must've never occurred to him to re-add that permission.

 

So you are saying that Head Mods and Forum Admins should have the ability to see IPs. However, I think it should not be implemented as they can easily give your IP to someone else and pass it off as if another Head Mod/Forum Admin did so. Humans are humans, after all...

I don't think so. This regards everyone's IP. Not all will trust them with their IPs and what's the point then? So I think this is better off having no implementation of the ability to see players' IP. It's greatly unfair as it not only regards Mineverse Security.

Simply get a addon that removes alts automatically?
And I'm pretty sure the latest XenForo 1.5.0 does that.

If moderators need an IP check they can come to me or crew. (We do not give your IP out but we check to see if you have any alts).

 

Because you had access to ACP.

 

So if there is another Forum Admin, will they be able to check for alts?
