Stopping Downgraders on the Mineverse Shop

Why would Cyp or Crew remove a process where they get free money? It's not like the ranks are difficult to restore.

 

If you owned a server I don't think you'd want people losing a $250 rank they donated to you for from someone paying a mere $5 to cause a burden to the donator and to the person who has to fix it, especially if it keeps happening to a specific player which it has been.

I understand the money part but I would still change it because
1. It may drive the donors away from wanting to play anymore.
2: It is a pain for them to fix

It is really up to them at this point but if it were me I would fix the problem instead of let people grieve and be annoyed just for an extra 5 bucks.

I'm just going off past experience, as I was once demoted to premium. Not soon after was my rank restored. I didn't mind the 2 day wait, and everything was back to normal when it was fixed. And for that, I am grateful.

What I did not know is that rank demotion is happening to people many times, which would get annoying. And the system now would need more admins, so people wouldn't have to wait very long to get their rank restored. But with only 2 admins, it can become time consuming.

I've been downgraded twice to premium - Once while a mod and once while God. I got my rank back extremely fast(probably because I pestered Cyp) but I am aware that others don't get their ranks back as easily.

I know of a few situations where people have been extremely unfortunate. There's been people who have been downgraded 4 times in a row just after they've got their rank back. There has been people who literally spent $250 on the Titan rank and were downgraded within 10 minutes. There are people who aren't able to easily contact Cyp, and sometimes the support email isn't the best choice. If this is possible, I'd like to see it done.

I understand it's a free five bucks here and there, but wouldn't it be better to keep the donors happy? Or would there be a way to set it up so the payment goes through, but in game the rank only goes through if you're a lower rank then the purchased rank? Overall I support.
