This won't help anything you could have just put the rare key in your enderchest then took the ss without proper evidence like a video this will not be solved and anyway this would take too long to solve and only admins could solve this but they would most likely not bother.
-log in and out a few times checking your inventory -Shift and click over all slots in your inventory -Try throwing all your stuff on the ground from every inventory spot (In a safe location just after clear lag) Hope I could be of some use to you, Good Day
Nah. This is a glitch. The server counts the rare keys as common keys. You could try right-clicking if you don't see your common key in your inventory I doubt you'll get your rare key, this glitch has been going on since crates were introduced.
Sometimes you get a rare key from Voter key but it gives you a common. I got it many times and always get a common. Probably a glitch.
