I think making the node public instead of private would hold the staff more accountable. I understand not wanting users to comment on reports, but this problem with staff not handling reports has only gotten worse since the server moved away from all global mods and privated the reports node.
Larry, Banana, & Max are the only staff I see doing reports Over the past month those are the only staff that have replied to my reports :')
Again, depends which staff are inactive/active and what gamemodes each mod can do. It works well on SB, but maybe its because we do reports there. I don't want to see the report section public, just because it is public doesnt mean it will get done necessarily, it just means more time would be spend removing the comments and arguments than actually solving the report itself. I worry at the potential issues that would arise from re-publicizing the section as the emergence of trends. Protecting the person that reported is top priority, then worrying about staff. Reports should get done and there is no excuse for why there are so many but no mod would spend their time clearing that section and responding to all reports. Something that I have done in the past on SB until all reports were at the very least, responded to.
