That is not the truth. If you bothered to think this topic through you would know everyone is talking about the staff that are actively online yet never handle staff duties.

What obstacles do you think the staff face? Do you see them as action heros or something? Don't say life is unpredictable when you have never actually experienced real events alone.

Your heart is in the right place for defending the staff, but you keep positioning yourself on thin ice. There is no reason to defend the staff so stop. As far as I know you don't have a special relationship with them, so you must be trying to get their attention.

I know you didn't want me to respond, but all I can say is that I don't take the first stab most of the time. All I do is express my own opinion, in a way that is sac lean as possible, and they stab at me for it. Believe me; reports aren't the hardest thing to do. You look at a screen, see what it's about, do what you signed up for, and move on. If it's too hard; really? Yeah, maybe if it's for one day or so I can understand, but a week? Come on. That's ridiculous. I don't understand why you'd just look at a report and do nothing about it.
