Welcome to my moderator application Hello. For those of you who do not already know me, My name is Kitty. I am new to applying for mod, I’ve never been a moderator before but I wish this could be the chance for me to show what I can do. I am applying to hopefully be able to help Mineverse in any way possible and the fact that a lot of things do go unseen without being dealt with. So I’m going to start off by introducing myself and give you a little insight to not only my history but to hopefully help you learn a little bit more about me. I’m so excited to meet any new people. For those of you who already know me I would like to apology. For how I have acted and for treating any of you in a bad manner. I hope for your forgiveness and if I’ve given the chance to make it up to any of you I would no doubt do so. I am willing to give my all for this server, and for all of the players who are on it if I’m given the chance I promise to do my greatest to help everyone. Here’s a little bit to know about me and what I’ve gone though I hope I can relate to some of you. I am, 14 years old turning 15 very soon so I am not that young. Ever since I was a little girl my family didn’t have much money, but that doesn’t really matter cause I always found a way to put a smile on my mom and sister’s face. Growing up I was always joyful but quiet but that doesn’t mean I didn’t run up to kids at the park wanting to play! My child hood wasn’t bad at all I had my mom and two sisters, my dad is a different story he cheated on my mom when I was a little girl… but I was always daddy’s baby girl until I started to grow older and understand the problem. I seen how people can change and how they don’t always mean what they say because they are hurt. I was bullied and didn’t know why it was happing to me, this was when I was way younger. I soon found out now that it was because of my speech impediment and learning disability, made me different from the rest of everyone. I soon was overcome by depression I was made fun of not only by people I thought I trusted but by teachers! Who all should know better than to act in such bad behavior. I matured in a way that I understand how messed up people can be, and how they can make people do bad things without knowing that it impacts their life greatly. So I want to be able to break this bad habit and make people understand what they do sometimes is wrong, and that it’s not right for them to put people down because of someone else treated them in a bad way. That is more than enough to know about what I’ve been thought. Now let me get the chance to understand how your feelings work, and how I can be able to help you in any way possible because everyone deserves a happy ever after. How old are you? English & a little bit of Spanish but not much although I am Puerto Rican I speak English fluently because it’s easier for people to understand me I hope that isn’t a problem if so please tell me so I can make effort to learn more languages to help out in any way. Why do you think you should become a mod? I would like to become a mod because I would be able to help people with their problems, Which if I’m able to help someone out it makes me more than happy to know I did something right. A lot of things do go unseen like players breaking the rules or harassing/sexual harassing other players, and it’s not being seen which in some cases the problem goes on and never gets dealt with. That is the main reason why I would like to become a mod is so I can take matters into my own hands. And be able to deal with the problem in a well manner that no one feels as doe they weren’t helped, in a fair way or that they felt offended in any way possible. I would like to be able to give hope to those who deal with things like being told their worthless that their unwanted. to feel like they are wanted that they do very much have a meaning to live. I want it to be my job to put a smile on everyone’s face and not always having a reason for doing so. If I am given the chance, I will give it my all to get the job done! No matter how “rude” or “immature” the player is acting I will be respectful and keep my cool. So I can be able to help them, with their problems and make them feel happy because they shouldn’t have to worry about anything at all. The only think they should be thinking about is how happy they are because there isn’t anything to stress them. No teenager should deal with depression and anxiety just because of someone over a game! IWON’T let that happen. I present a different personality which makes people want to get to know me. Because of how different I am and how much I’ve gone thought, I can relate to a lot of people or try my hardest to understand what they are dealing with. I am sassy I do back talk but I am not going to let that get the best of me. I will do my job no matter what comes my way. I do like to take charge of what I am doing, I can’t just start something and just stop doing it because some a problem I am going to take that problem and fix it. I must finish what I am doing! There is no way stopping that… else I have to eat because of my mom I will because I respect how hard she works as a single mother. :3 I put people before me, which I do get taken advantage of a lot but I will still help them in their time of need. That is just the type of person I am. I am stubborn to the bone when it comes to people wanting to help me, I don’t take their help because I don’t want to stress them out with my problems. I know I do have moments when I break down, but I always find a way to fight through it. Why should I just sit down and do nothing, when I can be able to get up and stand up for someone who is at the point of breaking down worse than before. I want to mend their hearts because I am unable to mend mind. I cannot move on if everyone around me is drifting away in the little bitter hands of this this called depression. That is not ok I am not fine with that at all. It’s why I want to be able to deal with problems, for the strongest who have fallen from inside and broken into pieces no one can pick up. I don’t want that to happen so ever little help I can do if more the enough to show how my heart is true. I won’t go against the rules if I am given the chance. How long can you be active on the server everyday? Depending on the day 4:00 to 12:00 midnight or later so I would say 4-8 hours or 4-10 so that would be 4:00 to 2:00 am if I do play later. How long have you been playing Mineverse? I been playing on Mineverse since 2013 and now it’s 2015 so two years almost 3 which is unbelieveable how much time flies by. Have you ever been banned in the past? Yes I have for disrespect of player I do my time that is needed for what I’ve done wrong and try my best not to let it happen again. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? No I have never been a moderator this is why I am applying to see if I would be able to. Which two servers would you like to moderator? I go on Op PvP daily so Op Pvp is one of my choices and any other server that needs help I am ok with helping out on it. So you can choose the 2nd server if you would like. Or if you can’t think of any server that needs help I’m ok with op factions. Thank you to those who took the time to read my moderator application. Neutral, sorry.. here are some reasons: Add more info/detail on why you should be a moderator. Be more active on forums. Good luck!
Yes the application is very poor it is not in the slightest in a proper layout everything is a mess her wording is not correct as well but overall the application is a suitable size an application does not define a player what they do in-game does you are the people that I have a problem against. ( An application is supposed to be short tell people who you are and tell people why you should become mod). In no way should an application be a 1k word essay on why you should become mod hardly anyone reads all of it. How to judge a person Here is a quick run-through of the most important things to consider when judging someone: "How active is this player?" in general. How many hours a day do you see them online, how much do you see them participate (constructively) on the forums, in the sections that can benefit other players. It does NOT matterhow much you see them active in the "Forum Games" section, or being semi-AFK on their own island. While to some this may seem like activity, again it has absolutely nothing to do with what we do as moderators, and will not benefit anyone one bit once they enter the staff. "What is this player's background?" I.e., how does their ban history look, how do they behave on the forums? Have they recently been banned for serious infractions, or picked a fight with someone over things that should be considered completely mundane? It does NOT matter what they were banned for a year and a half ago, if they've improved since then. What matters is what they did in the past months, and who they are now. "Is this player mature?" in every given situation. Do they handle disputes well, and carry themselves? Do they keep their manners, and always aim to make informed decisions? Do they behave and accept that sometimes you can't get your way, even when it feels really, really unfair? Do they treat everyone equally, without judging on first impressions? It does NOT matter if they type and spell like adults, if they don't carry the personality that comes with it. You can write like Shakespeare and still be a jerk to everyone you meet, and those are not good qualities to have if you're the one who's supposed to help everyone equally. "How experienced is this player?" in terms of moderating and coordinating communities. Do they have a lot of experience from forums they've moderated before, Minecraft servers they've held a staff position on, or even that required them to provide a high level of customer service? Are they able to articulate their experience, and bring out their strengths and weaknesses in an honest and straight-forward way? Have they only moderated friends' servers with less than 10 players, or do they know the ropes and know how to handle large amounts of people? DO NOT JUDGE AN APPLICANT ON HOW LONG THEIR APPLICATION IS.
I'm going to look at other mod applications to see what I can improve on. Thank you all of those who commented things I should edit into my application I'm very thankful for it.

._. I did say I was ban for disrespect of player, I do the time that is needed to be done if I am ban. I don't like when people talk bad about me because it isn't true, everyone has that moment. when someone doesn't like you for no reason at all or for the fact that their just jealous because you might get treated more better than they get treated. Sorry that I want to be happy and change that awkward little girl, who doesn't talk to anyone because she's been hurt so badly by things that no one know about but only she does. :I Love you apple don't hate. <3
