Oh, this thread could have had the potential to go a long long long long way. And it did. What can I say, the server is broken. I'm gonna go through each, and every, single, blasted, issue in the hopes that you listen to someone from the community, and hire devs to fix this, instead of letting this dawdle on as you sadly have. Lets start with a big one, Prison. In prison, you are not allowed to spawn withers at all anymore, not even in freeworld. It takes away from the whole experience of the game, including wither raids, and beacons, which have gone up to be around 1 mil now. Factions is byf ar broken the most. You're not allowed to spawn creeper eggs anymore to cegg raid, in freeworld if you somehow manage to spawn a creeper it remains un-hostile to you, and EVEN IF you f&s it it doesnt blow anything up. Chest signs should never have been included outside of prison, as it makes you unraidable. Kit titan ruins the p4 economy. P4 is worthless essentially now. Half the plots are broken anyways. Minors are water doesnt flow in flatlands, you can now visit old prison and loot it, and there are 2 dragon eggs (also, there is no end). Another major server is Kitpvp. In kitpvp, the main issue is kit titan. With kit titan, P4 has been overproduced, making supply 400% more than the demand of it, consequentially making prices of everything nosedive. There are people with 70000 balances as a norm, people with 3 titan alts making sets until no tomorrow, and its just a complete mess. In Survival and Skyblock, duping is a norm by now, with no attempts to fix it. Creative is riddled with disturbing and often sexual RP's with 0 mod presence to help it simmer down because frankly, no mod wants to deal with that mess of a server. Hellblock is totally broken, the changeover killed the server totally. OPPvP 's anti-cheat is worthless. OPPrison plots are totally broken Skygrid one of my favorite servers at one point with major potential, hasn't been touched since it launched, which is a shame. Sponges don't even work anymore. Infection is totally broken from p8-p10. There are so many exploited spots in maps its pointless to point them out. Half the new maps have received horrible reviewed from the community Parkour's Host is complete and utter S*** Do I even dare mention buycraft? And finally, the moderation team. The moderation team has no real "Head moderator" as the current head moderator is just a figure head tbh. She has no extra perms, no pex, no nothing. @tin15cro ironically has more perms than her, and @larrythebird101 actually has OP on a server. Even some Builders have patchy OP in places. There is no guide for moderators on their first day. The current guide is over dated. It is so old I remember seeing it new as a guard when I first started out. The permissions for each subset of mods are so askew. Any mod apparently now can deem a report invalid, and/or come up with a new and bull rule. The abuse standards are so poor. No other server would allow a Moderator to call kids squeakers on their teamspeaks, and/or curse. No other server would allow Moderators to remove ratings from fellow moderators as they please. No other server has 1 admin for an entire network as large as this. No other server. How do you fix this? Hire a real dedicated Dev team Get a real dedicated administration Have different teams of staff (ig idea panel) Overhaul the staff team & add experienced dedicated staff Redo every server and have a revamp date LISTEN TO THE COMMUNITY Fix your blasted forums AND MOST OF ALL RESET YOUR BLOODY SERVER It can go on forever. It is up to you crew to fix your own server.
Pretty sure you missed how you can pethide on almost every pvp server. Also the shty af kitpvp map. Edit: All the spawns on every server other than opprison skyblock and prison are complete (Insert cuss word here) Imo they look so bad and are just ewEwEwEwewewewewe. Like why would you want to play on a server that has such a sht spawn?
Infection Cannot be fixed, since it is a plugin and the guy who coded it wont get off his a** and finish the plugin. He never did finish it. Cyp has contacted him (I think) and without a response. #BlameCheetos
Recently, I have come to the conclusion that most of the Infection maps are bad. Most of the humans win all the time unless there are a few op zombies. There are many places that were not intended to be hiding places, but turned into op roll spots that are unreachable. Most of the maps all you have to do is camp. The only maps I think are good are Towers (Minus the waterfall and vines), Mineshaft, Outbreak (Minus the furnaces and chests), Nuketown(Minus the outside of the map), Rust (Minus the iron bars), Desert, and Winter (Minus the tree glitch and the lack of hiding places).
For once, I agree with you, Dj. We desperately need a whole new staff team because most are inactive, bias, and abusive.
I could perhaps apply for mod in creative, seeing as I need to practice building skills anyway, and no mod "seems to ever want to go there"..but I technically quit, barely play anymore, duped et once and tbh, that won't be very viable for me rn.
Yes! Also OP Factions now has no good raids because every world has been explored a thousand times over, creeper eggs don't work and more, Crew, do your job and look after your servers and players.
