Hi I recently got banned from the Skyblock server on Mineverse (reason: duping???) and i've gone over to the ban appeal forums, and it says i have insufficient privileges to post a thread?

I though that maybe I had to read all the threads saying what to include and what not to include, but I still have insufficient privileges.

Can someone please explain to me what to do
