Guys I want my Elite back

I went on Kitpvp and it said I voted and I won kit commander I tried to do kit elite but it didn't work Pls fix this

 

This happened with my kit god, I voted and then I lost my god rank and instead got commander, I was talking to cyp on Skype and he is quite busy at the moment, so I'm sure that he will look into this as soon as he gets some spare time.
