To the mods.

I've said this so many times...
This team needs a structured punishments/rule guideline.
One that has the rule broken and the punishment/duration for that broken rule.
The current staff are untrained and lack guidance. The staff team before this was lead by a head moderator who ruled with an iron fist instead of with respect. So now we have a team of staff who overreact to situations with no training behind them and no guideline on what punishments should be set for what infraction.

The rules are not defined, so why not define them?
There is no punishment/rule guideline, so why not make one?

You could run it by Cyp and Zamb to make the edits as they see fit and if it's deemed well written and worthy they would implement it.

To the current staff, these users here on forums and the players in game are here to have an enjoyable experience. It's your job to make that happen and to uphold the rules whenever needed. Using tact and being fair minded in situations calling for action will help dramatically. I really hope the guideline is put in place here.
To these forum users/players, stop baiting untrained staff. You know they are untrained and make mistakes yet you keep pushing limits. Why? To prove it over and over again? Getting yourselves banned or getting threads locked/deleted so that you can make a report that Cyp will never look at will solve nothing. These staff need help not hate. (lots of help)

Love you guys. Hope I didn't offend anyone. I wish things were different here. Maybe with a little patience and respect we can accomplish that change.

 

If all the mods that have been stated in this, including Gizz and PopIs could please resign, peace in the mineverse community will return

 

I hope you people know that if you just put them down, they won't preform as well. You people are essentially doing the opposite of what you want to.

 

Constructive criticism towards the staff team is always a good thing as long as it is not said in a rude/punishable way.

Yes it is. There are people in the world that will do this, like me.

You're fine, you're one of the better moderators. It's the fact that half of the team is pretty bad.

 

What have I done wrong? You're saying this without any reasoning behind it. You can't say I'm a bias mod without providing valid examples. You expect me to resign but why? For doing my job? Lol, 'ok'.

I think the problem is partially the community. You all complain that we're such bad mods but we're not even given a chance? Who here is honestly going to step up and do better? Like really.

 

Zambina. And we've given some of these moderators more than one chance, and they still don't improve. Some times, the long time mods are still bad.

 

You guys don't see even half the things that us mods do. We're constantly called abusers ect for what? Doing our job? Heh. I think some of ya'll need to look at this:

I will not look at that thread. I already know what abuse if. And I'm not saying you abuse, I'm saying other mods do.

 

He won't. If he's this steadfast about his decision, there's no use in trying to argue with him about it.

Just demote all the mods who don't know how to moderate. (95% of the team).

If you have proof of him doing this as staff there is a section to report it.
If this was in the past, let it lie and if you have no evidence to prove it there is no reason to bring it up.

Demote all so that we can have new staff and them be not trained?
