Pwn filter filters the word 'wearing' on OP Factions so I cant say "Im wearing God Armour" or something like that.
because rucka rucka ari. Dat pun. Ari is some other server, people there constantly spam it on chat. hence the block.
Damn should not be offensive. It's in association with the word "hell", and saying that is not against the rules. But if you use it against someone in an offensive way, it should be punishable. Same with other controversial swear words. As it would be name calling and disrespect. The use of these such words in a regular sentence should be 100% fine. Such as "Crap I died" or "damn, that's a good build". Though I personally do not appreciate seeing those words. As I do not see a reason to use them when there are other more suitable and appropriate words that can be used.
I'm going to go ahead and post this, being that you said yesterday you were going to PM me about what was so funny in my post here. You never did PM me. So I PM'd you this morning approximately 12 hours ago and you've ignored it: https://gyazo.com/310d8b93c1366548089b635e4e2738a0 Your passive-aggressive ratings are immature at best. I offered constructive criticism of your choice to throw a fellow moderator under the buss publicly instead of messaging him privately and instead of heading my advice you were rude. You are a part of a team. You should honor that, and when a member of the forums stands up and offers you advice maybe try and not be rude? Maybe take the time to listen? You don't have to like what I say, but when you passive-aggressively rate someone it looks poorly on you as staff. Anyway, back on topic... a good general rule of thumb with swearing, if you wouldn't say it in front of your mother it's most likely uncalled for. (my opinion)
Closing this thread purely because these words are being over used. They're not allowed, but they're not heavily punishable. This thread isn't necessary and doesn't mean people can use these words as if they're golden and as if they can't be infracted with it. Thanks, The staff.
