Ever since DaddyHF lost his job I go online everyday and see that not a single guard is online. I realize that moderating the prison server is probably really boring but seriously, Piles and Kron you need to be more active. It's annoying to see people with diamond swords or using flint and steel to burn people. Just today I caught MissPVP in the B-Prison because alexownskids used /tpahere to get her in. (MissPVP is a C-Prisoner). Overall, Disappointed...

For me its doesn't matter how many guards are in prison. I only care about the ones that are dedicated to their job.

Don't say "Maybe" me. I did. I dedicated my Job and had my Passion for the job I came on everyday for 1 month from either 9 am to 12 PM or from 3 PM to 3 Am. I put my effort and time into the server because if I didn't the server would be corrupt and well look at it now.

LDM was a GREAT Guard. He is why I wanted to be a Guard. I wish he would come back as it would bring back good times.


Anyways, what I noticed when I was Guard and when I am now Guard is that there is many Guards on Prison yet do any of them do there job for it as good? No not really. You got ImKroniql, KewlMCDude, ImEzioBurrito, DarkChyldeone, Pile_of_Butts, the_dirty_ninja , And I think that's it.


ImKroniql comes on for about 5 minutes shoots people with a bow or screw with me and then get off.

KewlMCDude, He comes on and does his job but on for a short period of time.

ImEzioBurrito he comes on around 10PM to Midnight CST time, And he is on for most of the night but that is only certain nights I have seen him active.

Darkchydleone, She is a Head-Guard and has been offline for 12 days on Prison, a Head Guard should come on at least everyday to make sure her Guards are in line.

Pile_of_Butts, She comes on when she cans that is during the weekends mostly but handles mostly a lot of Ban Appeal's and reports in many sections.

The_dirty_ninja, Well I see him on sometimes but it's a "Rare" thing if he is on.

But all the Staff do a great job except a few which I won't mention but overall Cypriot/Noobcrew needs to realize that they need Moderators to be on there own Server to moderate, If every server that they own had Dedicated Staff then the server would be clean from Hackers, People who break the rules, And etc. But I just haven't seen a lot of Dedication from them I would say to hire good Applicants in the "Apply for Moderator" Section (No Disrespect to you Cypriot or Noobcrew)

For example I think ScoFu13 should be Guard on Prison as he has been on the Server since it started and he as a Guard or even higher rank I think he would do a Good job. But I am sure there is many people just like ScoFu13 as he can't be the only one who is good.


So I guess what I am saying is that there needs to be more dedicated staff who comes on because they love what they do.

Let me just start by saying that everything said here is true EXCEPT Pile_Of_Butts is doing a great job! She has been the most active guard since DaddyHF's departure. She has been doing as best as she can but in the meantime has a job, a son, other IRL stuff going on, multiple servers and the forums to deal with. (But damn she has it handled) but def needs help. There is a definite lack of guard presence and every time I am online I constantly see people asking for the guard but no guard to be found. The position needs to be filled, I am not saying by me but anyone who the higher staff feels qualified. In the end I am not after power, I would rather see the prison taken care of and staffed correctly for a proper prison play environment then rather myself be the guard. I know this is low on NoobCrew and CypriotMerks priority list but they need to realize this is HIGH on many of their players and DONATORS list. Some people like myself only play prison. I am a prison fan. All I ask for is something get done, Pile needs some help.

But this doesn't mean that all do. You should never judge the masses by the few you have tried. There are many good and honorable players out there, yes many applications get fluffed up (mine is 100% true). I know you guys have been through a rough patch lately but never quit, don't stop making it a better server for everyone.

You are only doing this because you want guard.
In every post you made you said "My application" or anything along the lines of "Application".

 

He isn't doing it because he wants to be guard have you ever thought of someone trying to make the server better or are you too stubborn to realize.

 

Actually, I only related my application in 2-3 post total in my 289 posts.... and yes I DO WANT GUARD, because someone NEEDS to do something about the server. YES i am making it a point. If it means you don't like me then okay, that is fine. At least I stand up for EVERYONE when I say something needs to be done. So what, I don't get guard because you all of a sudden make a personal grudge against me for saying something rather than twiddling my thumbs and waiting for something to be done.... I guess I will keep "twiddling" with everyone else on the server.....

If staff promotion was up to you, everyone would be a staff member, and then the whole server will be banned because they'll just abuse there permissions.

And if he had the option to Staff Promotion he wouldn't abuse it and would focus on the moderator applications and get to know the Future moderators then just read what they put. So personally I think you should think outside the box for once

The above is incorrect. I have/co-own prison servers. I would not make EVERYONE a staff member, I would not hire abusers, that seems to be the trend on this server as well as the old prison server. I know how reviewing applications can be time consuming and I know how difficult it can be but I do not see the need to call me out amongst everyone else. I am merely a voice amongst the masses who cry out for some kind of leadership in which is not being provided. This has gone on for months and even longer leading into the old prison server. In the end people can always be banned. You are pretending to treat this as an atomic bomb ready to explode rather than a game which people enjoy to play... these people are finding it less enjoyable when more and more hackers and cheaters are able to abuse the system with the constant lack of staff present to enforce the rules in which you stand for and uphold...

 

There's a report section.
If you hate hackers, report them with sufficient evidence, and moderators will deal with it.

Correct, I do know there is a report section and you are well aware of my knowledge of said section as you reply and close out many of my reports.

If you actually read my application it states I will provide "high staff" with ip of server for proof. You obviously did not read the application with a 100% approval rating and 0% disapproval rating. You do not qualify as "high staff". You are moderator. :/

I am still confused as to why you feel this is an insult... you called me out for "claiming to co own a 10000 person server" I never did. You feel me saying I won't provide you with an ip as you are not high staff...

People need to stop this rat talking, and enjoy their lives, not getting annoyed over a game, the game isn't going to help you get a job or anything else, there are more important things in life to worry about, I hope you have all understood what I have said, so please just stop the bickering and try to get along with one another; thank you :D
