If this thread(http://www.mineverse.com/threads/biased-abusive-staff-cyp.56217/page-5) was locked awaiting Cyp's response, defend that.
I see no issue with locking it as it was stated, Cyp would be unbanning the account. Correct?
Can I ask Dj why you want it open?
Was it to ask the current details and avoid making another thread? If so I see no problem opening it, being that it has been days now and we are clearly still waiting for Cyp's response.

 

I want it open as I see no change occurring, as fryzigg stated he would be unbanned very soon. It has been a week and no change has occurred. I wanted it reopened to bring back attention to the matter.

Then in my personal opinion I see no harm in reopening it and requesting the status of the issue.
I am not staff tho, and that would be up to them.

It would be my belief/opinion that the issue with re-opening it by anyone other than the Head Mod who closed it would be overstepping.
It's her call.
As a mod, I wouldn't want to overstep either.
Maybe ask her?

 

I never authorized her to lock the thread, that's my issue. It wasnt left for cyp to respond cos she was gonna tell him personally. I never wanted it closed, and she had no right to do so. I wont talk to her about it as I do not firstly think it is alright for her to do this stuff.

Well, you and I and any long time member here knows it could be some time before Cyp responds.
I feel it's in the best interest of the people here left wondering, that the thread be re-opened.
I don't see her locking it in some sort of abuse of power. lol
