OCE [Aus] fryzigg's Moderator Application

Hi I am fryzigg and here is my mod app. But first a little bit about me. My name is Heather(call me fry) I live in Perth, Western Australia. I have loved minecraft since I had my hands on it and never stopped. I also do after-school activities which I also love. Ask me anything if you want to know about something but lets get on with my mod application.

Why do you think you should become a mod?​

Almost everyday I see people disobeying the rules but I cant report it all. I can help reduce the amount of troublemakers hackers etc in the Mineverse community.​

Firstly
There aren't enough mods on this server online. I have seen many mod applications are very well detailed and deserve the job of a mod but no one and I mean they deserve it, but that's is not the point. The current mods are great and do a great job making this server awesome but there are not enough mods to cover an everyday basis for another reason. I play on the server everyday and I only usually see a mod or two mods on . But they can't be active 24/7 so this proves my point. Also when no mods are on everyone swears and does the wrong thing and be rude, this also proves my point
Secondly

I know I have the aspects of a mod which I know I have

· Honesty, so they will know that you will do the right thing and don't lie
· Trustworthy, so people know that you’re reliable and trusting
· Friendliness, so people know you will support them in the right way
· Courage, not afraid that some else is doing the wrong thing they can do the right thing
· Initiative, to actually do something about it even though people wouldn't report it.
· Thoughtful, so people know I do the right thing, not for publicity, or for attention , doing it because you care about the players and server.
· Reliability, people need to know you can rely on them when they are in trouble
· Helpfulness, so people know I can help them when in trouble ^
· Caring, people need to know you care for them are make sure you have the best time on the server
· Maturity, handle things responsibly and appropriately
· And Patience, someone that waits until it happens either it is an argument or a drama

Thirdly
Hackers or cheaters are now ruling the server; you see them in infection, parkour, op pvp etc. Moderators are handling some of the criminals but not all. If I become moderator I will help stop this from happening and deal with it the first I know about. I don't know about you but do you really want hackers ruining your fun day on Mineverse. I don't think so. Sometimes it is hard to put on video but I know when I see a hacker and I know what is right from wrong. If I see the proof needed or have the proof. I will probably ban them. People complain it was their sibling who did it but that’s not the point. Hackers should be stopped!
Fourthly
I think I can make this server more online friendly and better for younger players so people won't be afraid of saying something against their religion or being scared. Why I say this not everyone likes swearing, spam, drama or commotion and it starts to decrease in numbers. In parkour the reason they do this is because of what you call rage and spam it. Sometimes bypass also comes into it. Chat filters will support swearing sometimes not bypass which with me I can stop them.
Fifth of all
I always follow and know the rules, I always see people break them and honestly some people can be rude and ignore the rules. I try my best to convince them to stop sometimes work, sometimes doesn't. So if I become mod I will know that I will stop people in the wrong and might convince them to be in the right.
Sixth

Iwill try; no I will handle situations respectfully and responsibly. I won't make things out of hand. I know the rules and when someone breaks it I will handle maturely and responsibly. This is including ban appeals and reports.

Lastly
I think I should be a mod because I believe any one has a chance to do something about the behaviour and more on this server including me and with those abilities I can help a bit more

Monday: 4-9pm=5 hours or less
Tuesday: 4:45- 9pm= 4 hours or less
Wednesday: 5pm-9pm=4 hours or less
Thurday: 5:30-8:30pm= 3 hours or less
Friday: 4-10pm = 6 hours or less
Saturday and Sunday 2-9pm or less
