Neutral, reasons being you do have heated arguments and outbursts with players at times. I know it's just people getting under your skin but that's not something Cyp is going to tolerate with.

I just completely redid my application. Anyone who replied before and their opinion was on my application, please reread it and give me your new (or unchanged) opinion. I also will be adding more to this new application soon.
