Sometimes it's a good thing to have someone who has been banned once or twice as a moderator, as it means you have learnt from your mistakes and have a better understanding of right and wrong. You seem like you know nearly everything there is to being a moderator and your maturity is needed on a server like OP PVP. Good luck
