Biased abusive staff [@Cyp]

Do tell me how you know what decisions Cyp makes.

 

No point arguing anymore, I'm not in support of either of you in any case.
Mods can close the thread granted the discussion is over with, Elric will more than likely be unbanned, as I said, it wasn't something worthy of a ban.
However, insulting every mod for a single mods misinterpretation of a post by Cyp is completely rude within itself, so don't bother doing that again.

The threads done with, the "banning" mod has realized their mistake, there is zero reason for more discussion on it, only Cyp's time to unban.

 

I don't think we are fully understanding each other right now. Cypriot didn't say to ban him for something specific, but rather for breaking one more rule. Simple. Since you have contact, ask him and I'm sure he would give you the gist of it. I also am fully against him being banned for this reason but since he is now, it is a new situation. We don't have power to unban once banned. I think you know that. I never said that he said that specifically but he did say if Elric breaks one more rule, he is out. Golly, I feel like I am repeating myself. Cypriot is the one who has the say now. None of us do.

And DJ, you are failing to see my point I think. He didn't need to see specifics! He said he Elric breaks one more rule, he is to be banned. Regardless of the severity. It is not clear so how do we know? The mod then saw the incompetent thing and thought it was offensive so elric was banned. The mod may have not made the correct call but it has been done. I can't change that nor any other mod.

 

He did not break any rule. Thats the issue XD. It was a moderator's moment of failure, and she has admitted to it. I can call anyone in the damn world incompetent, that should never warrant points. End of story. You're incompetent, half the staff team is incompetent, the head mod is incompetent. What are you gonna do now, sue me? The sad thing is it was on a staff report. Cypriot had nearly no involvement in this other than the fact that he can unban him.

 

Fair enough. The mod made a mistake. But the whole reason elric is perm banned is because the banning moderator thought it was okay under the word of Merks. The mod at the time, thought it was offensive and that being said, against the rules. It was the wrong call obviously but that is the whole reason it happened. It is a poor conception or misunderstanding in other words! I know you may or may not be making an example of calling all us staff incompetent but honestly, I could care less. I really hope you don't feel that way about me and the staff team, but if so, that is how it will be and I can't do anything to change it.

There is no reason for me to reply further unless something needs a reaction. I have said what I have needed to say by now.
