Name Change/ Donor

• My exact in game name is: Soneyburst and it was SoneyUburst i change my name
• My purchased rank is/was: MVP
• My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: In /opfactions when i change my name i lost all my mcmmo stats, can you fix it for me? I do youtube vids and without the mcstats i really can't do much on /opfactions!

Cyp would have to go in game and fix this manually. You and I know that will not happen. He's just too busy.
The stats/in-game money will rest every time there is a name change.

 

please, i've been playing for the longest time and it'll take me forever to get it back and i won't be able to make youtube videos :( please @CypriotMerks if you could do this for me it would BE The best. Just the mcstats would be nice PLEase

 

Can't be fixed, hasn't been fixed, change your name back in order to get it, other wise, you're not getting anything back.

@CypriotMerks - From my (recent) knowledge you don't often return MCMMO points. However, this player does seem to have the required evidence.

 

NO i didn't i asked a lot of mods and they said there might be a chance that it wouldn't change. and they said i could get help if it did change

 

A lot of people had the required evidence, but they didn't get it back. But, idk, maybe this player will get lucky.

 

What moderators did you ask? Cause clearly they don't even look at most things on the in game support place on the forums.

 

Well that's upsetting that I know they would be reset not even being staff here and know well that it's almost impossible to get them back.
Your best bet would be to change your name back.

 

@Pile_of_Butts I paid all my money to my alt, had my alts stay at the /homes on every server on mineverse, I MADE sure that i wouldn't lose anything even emptied my enderchests everywhere, and canucks and a couple other mods said hopefully the mcstats won't be gone or we can help
