The best thing to do is just await for the response from support. Keep in mind it may take up to 7 days to get answered.
Next time I see Cyp on TS, I'm going to talk to him about this. Danny has been VIP for a long time and he's donated a lot to the server through various upgrades, which he lost every item/IGM he got from them.
I got my rank back by asking Cyp over teamspeak. I know you occasionally go on ts, so when you see ask cyp there, because that's probably the fastest way to get him.
Please send an email to [email protected] where an admin can see your request providing the following things Problem With Your Rank Your IGN If your problem isn't fixed within a few days after sending the email try sending another one but please do not spam the email. If not after that then try sending one every few days.
