The story: Someone Twistygrape does not know told him to go 20000 blocks out to get 1 diamond for 1 dollar, And he did. So when he got out there, there where 2 signs and when he went in them, he crashed. It also said out of bounds, witch he should've read but anyways. Go to Mineverse Shop and under the "Extra" tab buy a free "Teleport back to spawn", wait about 5 minutes and relog. That should work.
If your bro still has difficulties, I think you should consult a moderator if it is really unsolvable.
