Its not racist. He is talking about how people in North America have a better connection to the server then most people, thus making it easier for them to pvp without lag

 

But you still do not need to be an America yes? If yes, why say it like that?! He says it as if YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BE SO. Also, tbh if American have better connection, how about the pvp skill average statistically compared to all other countries.
