Okay so I purchased VIP, now I'm trying to upgrade to MVP but it says "you're not allowed to purchase this item". I need assistance ASAP, I really want to upgrade already.

1. My exact in game name is: lovecake15
2. My purchased rank is: VIP
3. My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: I'm trying to upgrade fron VIP to MVP but it won't let me.

I thought it never allowed you to buy a rank, or anything from the shop if you "Charge-Back"?
