Rank issue in OP Prison?

Hello Mineverse!
Today I have yet another issue with my rank! :(

As you can see in both photos I have 2 different ranks, I don't know why?
I purchased my rank in 3 months into 2015 (March) and I hadn't joined OP Prison for a while until me and my friend kinda wanted to so we did...
Why am I not sending this to the support email?
They never reply...
So can someone reset my rank on OP Prison (I am M)

• Your IGN

If your problem isn't fixed within a few days after sending the email try sending another one but please do not spam the email. If not after that then try sending one every few days.
