It's pointless, swearing all the time. I'm sure there are motives, to show anger, distrust, sadness, betrayal. The norm... but I want to know is why. I don't know if people swear to... I dunno, look cool? Let me say something. Controlling your swearing is mature and responsible. Letting it go, contrary to popular belief, is childish and immature, it's even tainting. I might get sidetracked every 2 seconds, but bear with me. It's fine to say, like "Crap" or, "Damn" if you really have to, maybe make that your frequent, instead of, say an all caps, "" every 2 1/2 seconds. Trying to evade the filter, that looks even stupider and dumb. I am responsible with what I say (normally) and I don't swear to look cool. Maybe to, get a point across, emphasis occasionally. Maybe even as a joke to a friend. So, to summarize what I just said: Controlled Speaking - Mature, Cool, and Responsible. Yelling "" or "" every time it lags (btw, saying that only makes it lag more). Now, tainting, remember, there are young kids who play minecraft. They are young, and hopefully innocent (wish I could say the same for myself >.<) and might not know any to few swears (other than stupid and dumb, :P XD) and you saying that, and they have the possibility to read, it makes you the official corrupter of a life. Think about it. You just possibly ruined someone's innocence, just so you could violate rules to be "Cool" in front of people who know jack@$&# (I felt like it) about you. As for those strip clubs in creative? Those people are sick internet pedophiles. And the baism in picking partners, what does it matter if I'm a guy or a girl? I could have a neutral name, and a girl skin, and you would think I'm a girl. As for sexual stuff in creative mode, I don't know why. They build sex lairs, strip clubs, porn movie rps, everything. I don't even know why. Then they take it a step further, to spam it, and caps it, and EVADE THE FILTER to advertise it. It is nuts. No idea what is wrong with people. (Remember the 70s? I don't, I wasn't alive.) There should be a restriction on those things... Back to the curse topic. Not sure what more I can squeeze out of this topic, but all I can say now, is only you can prevent your own mouth from turning into a firestorm. Don't overly curse. In the kitpvp, it's infrequent. Factions? Haven't seen much, so I'm going with often. BvZ is clean, as is Infection normally (from when I've played). Prison, ehh.. frequent, but our epic guard @LDM77 is doing great there, survival I haven't played yet (hey, don't judge, I just hate doing tons of work, then something happens, it's just... I can't play unless someone I trust is with me) op PvP, I don't frequent, so you can tell me, but the parkour, *laughs* Ohhh the parkour. The amount of crap that happens there (emphasis use) is nuts. Everyone raging all caps at lag, when Noobcrew and Cyp are doing their best for those ungrateful players, raging at jumps, each other, being racist (This isn't the 70s - Fw(something) amazing quote right there, even if it might not have been the 70s, I'm going to check that when I'm done) using every basic swear (hell to , without c*** or many sexual ones). I would GLADLY accept a position there, trust me. It's driving me nuts, and I had to threaten a few with reports, and they're so damn ignorant! Yes. Thank you for this. I have a 4 year old who is learning to read and who is sometimes looking over my shoulder at the chat. It's very disturbing to see some of the things that are said, especially after asking nicely for them to stop.
