for some reason i have no rank on survival but on every other server i am titan rank please help

 

You need to provide proof that your titan, once you have that send the proof and the description of your problem to [email protected], wait a few weeks, and send again if no reply.

• Your in-game name.
• The rank missing.
• Evidence that you have the rank.
• The situation.

I'd suggest that you email [email protected] (as KingAlex said), and you can also show some proof like screenshots, videos etc. anything to show that you actually had that rank and that you did not do anything wrong to cause yourself to lose that rank
