Donor Rank Prison Gone + Plot Home

Hi!

So my Premium rank has returned to all except OP Prison.
Also.. I cannot access my old plot: ./plot home vMpee

Please help? I have also sent the support an email.

 

I thought the command was /plotme home

 

Yes, I changed my name from vMpee to Bloo.

My plot is still named to vMpee; and I cannot access it.

+ I've already emailed the support about it more than one week ago, and I have not gotten a reply yet; nor do I see any changes.

 

The only things you can do are email [email protected] with your problem and evidence and then wait for who knows how long. Or you can take matters into your own hands and:

1. Switch you name bad to your old name
2. Wait 30 days
3. Make sure you can change your name again
4. If you can, /dispose your plot. It will only disown it, not delete it
5. Change your name to whatever you want it to be
6. /claim your plot back

There is a risk that someone else could take it in that amount of time, but it is low. Just make sure no one is around when you are doing it.

 

Ahh I wish it would be that easy @Scorvix x) I think the in game name Bloo is too rare to pass up haha.

Thanks for the post though, I am still awaiting their reply and what not ^^; Hopefully they'll come around to it soon.
