Burr, I do go into creative, though you haven't seen me. I think the reason you don't see me there may be either time zones, we don't play at the same time of day, or the fact I don't really talk in public chat. I don't try to be immature though, I just say what needs to be said.

 

I Agree it may be timezones, but maturity is a big part of moderating, and I still think you are too immature for the position.
