So my friend, Sjenginator, and I had a deal on Skyblock for him to upgrade me from God to Titan, in exchange for some money and items in game. When he was buying it, he accidentally put in the incorrect username. we both emailed Mineverse support about this over a week ago, and they haven't responded at all. I'm starting to get quite fed up with your 'customer service' around here. Can someone get ahold of them or just help up please? I'm tired of waiting.
We do however need evidence. You probably wouldn't of taken a screenshot whilst buying something so that's out. All I can suggest is to be patient and wait for [email protected] to reply. Good luck.
