I changed my name a while ago and haven't been on for a while, but, I noticed that on every other server, I have been able to access God Rank and nothing was wrong. But when I entered Prison, I did not have my God rank, nor my "Free Rank". If someone could situate and fix this, it would be well appreciated!

Yes I do have proof of this, for God, it can be clearly seen in any other part of the server, besides Prison, OP PVP, and Skyblock. These three parts of the server, are glitched for me, and does not give me my God Rank.

For my free rank, I never took screenshots, never thinking that I was going to lose it. But I do have a screenshot of my A-Prisoner Rank before purchasing Free. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Sadly no it hasn't been resolved. I sent in an email about a week ago, and still no reply back. Which is getting kind of aggravating.
