Today I was playing on Infection and I voted. It said I voted and said i won a extra 50 XP levels, but i didn't get any. I was already at level 80, but i do not have proof from before the vote that i was level 80.
Hello there. All I can do to help is to say this: -Email [email protected] with your problem, provide these pictures and wait. Your problem should be solved when they read the email.
No need to support the help email. If you vote ingame (which is good) but you die, you lose your levels. A normal fault by new people. Makes sure next time you wait a bit before going to attack again and do not die.
Actually, the proof is right there. If you were level 80 and you voted and died, it would've shown '<IGN> is not a Sergeant Major!', but it didn't, meaning you did die right after you voted. If you were Level 30 and trying to troll us, it would've said '<IGN is now First Sergeant!' but if course, it didn't. I assume your screenshots are good enough evidence and hope you get your 53 levels back.
If you vote while off-line you won't rank up. For example if I am a SSgt and I get lucky 100, it will show me having over 120 levels, but it will not show me as SgtMaj. Because when you die the levels go away. And to get the levels to stay, you have to vote while on infection when you are a human and stay human until you receive your levels from voting. There is really nothing you an do now except learn from your mistake
When voting, make sure you: are in-game. do not die before the vote registers. are a human and not a zombie. [Not sure if this has been patched.]
