donator ranks in skyblock

    in skyblock i donated a while ago but i havnt been on the server for a while and the elite package i bought has gone from my person, but on Infection i have elite and op pvp and normal pvp so could i plz get my rank back on skyblock and one more thing i cant play skyblock because i have no permisions with pex so plz get it fixed
