Need help! shop's not working

Dear mineverse,

I have been having a problem with the shop for about a week now. Today I was going to upgrade kinspi23. but when I filled in my card info and pressed the button to pay for it, it said ''unable to perform this request'' and my card number check box was highlighted in red..... as if saying I put in the numbers wrong, however I double checked everything and I didn,t make any mistakes. For some reason it is refusing my card, is there a way to stop this?

try doing it again, use paypal,
or email [email protected] with your problem and proof

 

but I don't use paypal. I,ll try emailing support then

 

ok, but just saying, paypal always works for me, and i have bought like 20 stuff on mineverse using paypal and nothing went wrong

 

I've also bought many ranks for people on it and never had this problem, I don't know why it is happening now
