Yeah I've seen him titan before. Someone who doesn't like him most likely downgraded him.

 

Theres only two people who would do it. Changeh or iBrooklyn.

Give it 4-5 days. If you hear nothing keep replying to the same email and "bumping" it every 4-5 days. He will respond. You will need to keep mailing him tho. He gets busy.
I know he is busy this week especially, but I will shoot him a message as well.

 

Good luck with sending e-mails, Noobcrew and Cyriot are going to meet together in London at minecon next week so I don't think you will get a response so fast.
