[Creative] Lost Plots + No Reply [Handled]

I recently changed my username from Taurusia to Fawnna, and I realized I was only added to my plots and didn't own them. I calmly emailed Mineverse support and waited for an answer, which never came. I've been waiting a week now and nobody has replied.

 

This same problem happened to me. I lost all my plots.

 

If you guys want your plots back then this is what you have to do:

1.Change your name back to what is was when you first made your plots
2.Wait a month
3.Dispose your plot (this won't delete it)
4.Right away change you name to what ever it is you want it to be
5.Claim your plot (s) again

Things to remember are do this quickly(or someone else might take your plot and remember the co-ordinates of each of your plots so you don't lose any

 

Hey that's what I did too!! Others are having same issue its just because the plotme plugin hasn't really gotten used to the whole name change thing so it isn't fully compatible with it. Hope this info helps!! Oh one thing, go to others help threads with the same issue like you, and find the support email..
