There is nothing that the moderators can do, I'd suggest emailing [email protected] with proper evidence of the rank and the rank being lost.

 

Well the moderators could message CypriotMerkz couldn't they like there's a lot more chance Merkz will reply to you..

Send an email to [email protected].
Send proof with the server that your god and your problem.

 

Usually, you don't have to ask if these kinds of problems are resolved.
Tell them to email [email protected] and then ask them to provide the evidence of their missing rank within the email.
Close the thread as 'Handled' after that, because there is nothing we can do at this point but await for Merks or Crew to fix this kid's problem.
