Hello, i'm trying to help a friend get unbanned but @Paradox is determinate this is hacking

It looks like AU ping/latency.

 

Not even a pinger has that high of a ping. He is hacking, even though it might seem otherwise.

 

It's just connection lag/bad ping(ms).
If you look in the beginning when he hits StimpyZ_.
Stimp takes delayed knockback.
It would be easier to tell if he had done tab to see exactly how many bars StimpyZ_ was getting, but the delayed knock back is a pretty big indicator of his lag.

This video is rather boring but it explains ping pretty well.

Yes, correct. But if you rewatch the evidence over and over, you can see that it's not ping he's using, there is about a 9 block gap between the two players.

His FOV is up as well.

 

ZombieZoc plays Max Fov so 5 blocks looks like 8

 

And no he isn't hacking because at 0:22 he says "Lol im not hacking dude." If he had a Clint on we wouldn't be able to put a bot in due to the commands. (I got this information from a video)

it kinda looks like hacks because from 0:0 till 0:12 he is hitting the zombie and hitting him and you cant hit THAT fast because there is a hit cooldown like 9/10 of a second

I'm Aussie and people say I hack like this all the time. :\

Honestly it doesn't matter what I think or what you think.
It doesn't matter if I see hacks or don't see hacks.
It doesn't even matter if the player is actually hacking or not.
All that really matters is what the mod sees. It's up to staff to determine weather it's enough proof to ban or not.
Don't like his decision? I suggest thinking long and hard about who's mod application you choose to support. These tough decisions are made daily as staff. It's their call in the end.
