The crane where the ladders are, people can just camp and zombies won't even come near them. Unless you change that, 90% support. Otherwise, Good map w/ great creativity.
It is OP but there are other ways to get up, you can go around the side legs. There are different platforms along the way you can get off of, you can stay there and regenerate health then move up and repeat.
